Microsoft Surface Go has a score of 66.5, which is much better than Sony Tablet S's 57.5 general score. Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS, while Sony Tablet S counts with Android 4.0 OS. Microsoft Surface Go's body is much newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the Sony Tablet S.

The Microsoft Surface Go counts with a better processing power than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have 2 CPU cores, the Microsoft Surface Go also has 7 GB more RAM.
