Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro is just a bit better than the Sony Tablet S, with a 63.2 score against 57.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Sony Tablet S comes with Android 4.0 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro is a newer portable tablet than Sony Tablet S, but it is way heavier and thicker.

The Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a quite superior performance than Sony Tablet S, and although they both have 2 cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also has an extra graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro features a slightly better looking display than Sony Tablet S, because it has a little bit bigger screen, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and more pixels per inch in the display.

The Sony Tablet S shoots greater photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Sony Tablet S also has higher video frame rate and a back camera with a lot better 5 mega-pixels resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro features a very superior memory to install games and applications than Sony Tablet S, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Sony Tablet S counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Microsoft Surface Pro is also a bargain compared to others.
