Galaxy Tab 7.7's construction is notably thinner and notably lighter than Sony Tablet S, even when they were only released 4 months apart. These devices include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 7.7 has newer 4.0.4 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version.
