The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has an overall score of 79, which is much better than Sony Tablet S's 57.5 overall score. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has newer 10 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version, so it provides a lot of extra features. Galaxy Tab Active 3's design is much newer, noticeably lighter and just a little thinner than the Sony Tablet S.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a much better looking screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater amount of pixels per inch in the display and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a very superior processor than Sony Tablet S, because it has a larger number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Tablet S, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that holds up to 1 TB. The Galaxy Tab Active 3's battery performance is just as good as the battery lifetime in Sony Tablet S, although the Galaxy Tab Active 3 also has a 5050mAh battery size.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a lot better camera than Sony Tablet S, because it has a lot better (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a much higher 13 megapixels resolution.
Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, making it an obvious call.
