Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is way better than Sony Tablet S, with a overall score of 74.3 against 57.5. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a much newer tablet, and it's also thinner and extremely lighter than Sony Tablet S. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0 version.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a better performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has 6 more processing cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
