Comparison review
Sony Vaio Tap 11 is just a bit better than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, having a 66 score against 64.2. Despite being the best portable tablet in this review, Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a extremely heavier and somewhat thicker portable tablet than Lenovo ThinkPad 8. Both of these tablets have Windows operating system, but the Sony Vaio Tap 11 has older 8 version while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1 version.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a slightly better display than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1920 x 1200 resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to Sony Vaio Tap 11's one, and although the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has no SD memory slot, they both have the same 128 GB internal storage.
Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a little faster processing unit than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores. Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a way better battery duration than Lenovo ThinkPad 8. The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has a superior camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11. Both of them have a same resolution camera in the back.
Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Lenovo ThinkPad 8. If you want to save some money, you can buy Lenovo ThinkPad 8, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your money.
