Comparison review
Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a score of 66, which is slightly better than the Microsoft Surface 2's 63.4 score. These devices include Windows OS (operating system), but the Sony Vaio Tap 11 has older 8 version and Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than the Microsoft Surface 2.
The Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a little sharper display than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has a just a little worse pixel count per display inch, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 1920px, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 also counts with a little bit bigger screen. Microsoft Surface 2 features a bit superior processor than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
The Microsoft Surface 2 features a bit better camera than Sony Vaio Tap 11, although it has a camera in the back with a lot lower 5 MP resolution. Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Surface 2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface 2.
Sony Vaio Tap 11 costs a little more money than Microsoft Surface 2, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
