Comparison review
Sony Vaio Tap 11 is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT, having a 66 score against 58.4. Both of these tablets include Windows OS (Operating System), but Sony Vaio Tap 11 has older 8 version while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Sony Vaio Tap 11's construction is somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker than Microsoft Surface RT.
Microsoft Surface RT has a little faster processor than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (but slower) and an extra graphics co-processor. Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a little bigger display, a greater pixel density and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920.
Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 counts with a much bigger storage to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface RT.
Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface RT. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Sony Vaio Tap 11, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Microsoft Surface RT, letting go a couple features and specs.
