The Sony Vaio Tap 11 works with Windows 8 OS, while Galaxy Tab 3 V comes with Android 4.4 OS.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a little more pixels per screen inch, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a way larger display. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a larger amount of RAM and more cores.

Galaxy Tab 3 V and Sony Vaio Tap 11 both have very similar cameras, although the Galaxy Tab 3 V has a lot less megapixels camera in the back. Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 3 V.
