Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a global score of 66, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's 63.5 general score. The Sony Vaio Tap 11 works with Windows 8 operating system, while Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE works with Android 4.0 operating system. Although it's the best tablet in this review, Sony Vaio Tap 11's construction is extremely heavier and much thicker than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Sony Vaio Tap 11 also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. Sony Vaio Tap 11 features just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has a little bit lower number of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a way higher 1080 x 1920 resolution and a much larger screen.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 captures slightly better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a back camera with a lot higher 8 MP resolution. Sony Vaio Tap 11 features a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with improved battery performance than Sony Vaio Tap 11, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity instead of 3800mAh.

Although Sony Vaio Tap 11 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
