Asus ZenPad S 8.0 is a bit better than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, getting a overall score of 62 against 57.3. Asus ZenPad S 8.0's construction is noticeably newer, incredibly lighter and way thinner than Sony Xperia Tablet S. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Asus ZenPad S 8.0 has 5.0 version and Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and enhanced performance.

Asus ZenPad S 8.0 features a much sharper display than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better screen pixels density and a much higher 2048 x 1536 resolution.
