Google Pixel C has an overall score of 59.4, which is a bit better than the Xperia Tablet S's 58.9 score. Google Pixel C's design is way newer, way thinner and lighter than Xperia Tablet S. These tablets use Android OS, but the Google Pixel C has 6.0 version and Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version.

Sony Xperia Tablet S features an extremely better processor than Google Pixel C, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores and an extra graphics co-processor. The Google Pixel C counts with a lot better looking display than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because it has a way better display pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1800 x 2560 pixels and a little bigger screen.

Xperia Tablet S features a very superior memory for applications and games than Google Pixel C, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Xperia Tablet S also has an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB. The Google Pixel C shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xperia Tablet S. Both of them have a 8 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera.

The Google Pixel C's battery life is very similar to Xperia Tablet S's battery performance.

Although Google Pixel C is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Sony Xperia Tablet S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Tablet S. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Sony Xperia Tablet S, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
