The LG G Pad 8.3 is much better than Sony Xperia Tablet S, with a score of 65.9 against 58.9. These tablets have Android OS, but the LG G Pad 8.3 has 4.4 version while Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version, so it provides you a couple additional features. LG G Pad 8.3 is a newer tablet, and it is also a lot thinner and notably lighter than Sony Xperia Tablet S.

The LG G Pad 8.3 has just a little better processing power than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have 4 processing cores, the LG G Pad 8.3 also counts with a higher amount of RAM. The LG G Pad 8.3 features a much better display than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a lot more pixels per screen inch.

The LG G Pad 8.3 counts with a much better camera than Sony Xperia Tablet S, although it has a way less MP back facing camera. Xperia Tablet S features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than LG G Pad 8.3, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB and 64 GB internal storage.

LG G Pad 8.3 has a way better battery performance than Sony Xperia Tablet S.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the LG G Pad 8.3 is also by far the cheapest.
