The Microsoft Surface 3 is better than the Xperia Tablet S, having a 66.3 score against 58.9. Even though Microsoft Surface 3 is a little heavier than Xperia Tablet S, it's extremely thinner and also much newer. The Microsoft Surface 3 counts with a bit better processor than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface 3 also counts with more RAM.
The Microsoft Surface 3 features a little sharper display than Xperia Tablet S, because it has a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1280px, a higher display pixels density and a little bigger display.
