The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is much better than Xperia Tablet S, having a 74.5 score against 58.9. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version, so it gives a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is a newer tablet, and it's also way thinner and incredibly lighter than the Xperia Tablet S.

The Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a bit faster processor than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 features a way better display than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2560 x 1600px and a much better quantity of pixels per display inch.
