Comparison review
The Galaxy View 2 is better than Sony Xperia Tablet S, having a 65.3 score against 58.9. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy View 2 has 8.1 Oreo version and Sony Xperia Tablet S has Android 4.1.1 version. The Galaxy View 2 design is newer than the Sony Xperia Tablet S's, but it's way thicker and much heavier.
Xperia Tablet S counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy View 2, because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot worse 800 x 1280 resolution, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per inch of display. Galaxy View 2 counts with more storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Tablet S, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy View 2 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 400 GB.
Galaxy View 2 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Tablet S, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more cores. The Galaxy View 2 features a very superior battery performance than Sony Xperia Tablet S.
Xperia Tablet S has a very superior camera than Galaxy View 2.
Although Samsung Galaxy View 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Sony Xperia Tablet S, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Sony Xperia Tablet S. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy View 2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Sony Xperia Tablet S, resigning a couple specifications.
