Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a global score of 68.5, which is better than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL's 58.3 score. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a newer 4.4.4 version and Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL has Android 4.4, so it provides the user some additional features and optimized performance. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z construction is much thinner and lighter than the Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL.
Xperia Tablet Z features a bit superior CPU than Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL, and although they both have the same RAM amount and a Quad-Core CPU, the Xperia Tablet Z also has a graphics processor.
