Comparison review

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a bit better than Xperia Tablet Z, getting a 70.8 score against 68.5. Even though Google Nexus 7 (2013) and the Xperia Tablet Z were only released with a couple of months difference, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) construction is much thicker but also a lot lighter than the Xperia Tablet Z. These devices use Android operating system, but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has 5.0 version while Xperia Tablet Z has Android 4.4.4 version.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) has just a bit better looking screen than Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1200 x 1920, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) also counts with a better pixels amount in each inch in the display. Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7 (2013), and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has an external memory slot that holds up to 64 GB.

The Google Nexus 7 (2013) counts with a processing unit that is just as good as Sony Xperia Tablet Z's processor, they have a 400 megahertz GPU, a Quad-Core processor and a 2 GB RAM. The Google Nexus 7 (2013) captures clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a lower 1920x1080 video definition and a back facing camera with way less megapixels.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a way better battery performance than Google Nexus 7 (2013), because it has a 52% bigger battery size.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing, the Google Nexus 7 (2013) is also a bargain compared to others, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
