The Sony Xperia Tablet Z counts with a little sharper display than Lenovo Miix2, because it has a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution, a bigger screen and a little better pixels amount per inch in the screen.
Sony Xperia Tablet Z shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Lenovo Miix2, because it has a camera with a much higher resolution. Lenovo Miix2 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits 32 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
Xperia Tablet Z has a much better battery duration than Lenovo Miix2.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Lenovo Miix2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Miix2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xperia Tablet Z, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Lenovo Miix2, resigning some specs and features.
