The Xperia Tablet Z features a superior storage capacity for apps and games than LG G Pad 8.3, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 64 GB, the Xperia Tablet Z also has 16 GB more internal memory.

The LG G Pad 8.3 has a superior camera than Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a lot less mega-pixels back camera and a worse video quality.

Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G Pad 8.3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G Pad 8.3. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia Tablet Z, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G Pad 8.3, resigning some specifications.
