The Xperia Tablet Z is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, having a score of 68.5 against 65.1. The Xperia Tablet Z has Android 4.4.4 OS, while Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS. The Xperia Tablet Z is a notably lighter and thinner portable tablet than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, although both of them were released only 8 months apart.
