Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is just a bit better than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, with a 73.8 score against 68.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro OS, while Sony Xperia Tablet Z has Android 4.4.4 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 construction is much newer, but notably heavier and thicker than the Sony Xperia Tablet Z.

The Xperia Tablet Z counts with a much better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores and an additional graphics processor. The Xperia Tablet Z features a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a lot worse 1200 x 1920 resolution, a little smaller display and a little lower pixels count in each display inch.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a little bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a camera with more megapixels. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage.

Xperia Tablet Z counts with a superior battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is also by far the cheapest one, making it an easy decision.
