Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a global score of 81.5, which is better than the Xperia Tablet Z's 68.5 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has Windows 10 OS, and Xperia Tablet Z works with Android 4.4.4 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 body is incredibly newer than Xperia Tablet Z's, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features just a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 also counts with more RAM memory. Xperia Tablet Z has a bit better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a quite inferior count of pixels per inch in the screen, a lot worse 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bit smaller screen.

Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory. Xperia Tablet Z features just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Tablet Z also has a higher 8.1 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

Xperia Tablet Z has a superior battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 6.

Despite of being the best tablet in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is also by far the cheapest, which makes this tablet a great choice.
