Sony Xperia Tablet Z is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, getting a general score of 68.5 against 65.9. Both devices we are comparing here have Android operating system, but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has Android 4.2 version, counting with some additional features. Even when Sony Xperia Tablet Z and the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch were only released with a few months difference, Sony Xperia Tablet Z is just a little lighter and thinner.
