Xperia Tablet Z features a quite bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi MiPad features a bit better battery lifetime than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has 6700mAh of battery capacity instead of 6000mAh. The Xiaomi MiPad shoots better photos and videos than Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a worse (Full HD) video quality and a back camera with a worse 8 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Xperia Tablet Z is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi MiPad.
