Comparison review

Xperia Tablet Z is a bit better than Galaxy Note 10.1, getting a 67.2 score against 66.3. These tablets work with Android operating system, but the Xperia Tablet Z has the previous 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4. The Xperia Tablet Z is a newer device, and it's also somewhat lighter and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Note 10.1.

Xperia Tablet Z has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a same size screen, the Xperia Tablet Z also has a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a lot higher display pixels density. The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a little faster processing unit than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have 4 CPU cores and a 2 GB RAM memory, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has an additional graphics processing unit.

Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Tablet Z, because although it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Xperia Tablet Z features a much better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a way higher 1920x1080 video quality.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has longer battery lifetime than Xperia Tablet Z, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity against 6000mAh.
