Comparison review
The Xperia Z2 Tablet has an overall score of 69.8, which is just a bit better than Nokia Lumia 2520's overall score of 68.6. Xperia Z2 Tablet is a much lighter and extremely thinner device than Nokia Lumia 2520, even when both were only released with a couple of months difference. Xperia Z2 Tablet works with Android 4.4.4 OS, while Nokia Lumia 2520 comes with Windows RT 8.1 OS.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a little bit better hardware performance than Nokia Lumia 2520, and although they both have a 450 megahertz GPU and 4 cores, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has more RAM memory. The Lumia 2520 has just a bit better looking screen than Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a bit lower screen density and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, they both have a screen of the same size.
The Nokia Lumia 2520 features a greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because although it has a SD card slot that admits 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage. Lumia 2520 has longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because it has an 8000mAh battery size against 6000mAh.
Nokia Lumia 2520 shoots greater photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a lower resolution back camera and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.
Although Xperia Z2 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Nokia Lumia 2520, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Nokia Lumia 2520. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia Z2 Tablet, otherwise you can save some money and get the Nokia Lumia 2520, giving up some features and specs.
