Xperia Z2 Tablet's design is noticeably newer, way thinner and lighter than Galaxy Tab 10.1.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet features a really superior performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a GPU and a larger number of cores. Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a much better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels and a way better pixel density.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet features just a bit bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features just a little bit longer battery life than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because it has a 13 percent greater battery size.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a way higher resolution back facing camera.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is also by far the cheapest one, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
