Comparison review

Xperia Z2 Tablet is better than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), getting a 69.8 score against 60.4. Both of these tablets include Android operating system, but Xperia Z2 Tablet has the older 4.4.4 version while Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop. The Xperia Z2 Tablet is a way older and noticeably heavier tablet than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), but Sony managed to build it notably thinner anyway.

Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet features a much better display than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a little bit greater pixels count in each inch of screen, a much bigger screen and a much higher 1200 x 1920px resolution. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a larger amount of RAM and a GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a way lower (HD) video quality and a back facing camera with lot less megapixels resolution. The Xperia Z2 Tablet has just a bit more memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a SD card slot that admits 136 GB smaller, it also counts with 16 GB internal storage.

Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a way better battery life than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a 6000mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.

The Xperia Z2 Tablet costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), but you can get a better tablet for that few more dollars.
