Comparison review

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is much better than Galaxy Tab E, having a score of 69.8 against 60.7. Even though Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is older than Galaxy Tab E, it's body is noticeably thinner and lighter. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS, but Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a newer 4.4.4 version and Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4, so it offers some extra features.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a better processing power than Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet also has 1,5 GB more RAM and a graphics co-processor. Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet features an incredibly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a lot better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution and a little bit bigger display.

Galaxy Tab E features just a bit better camera than Xperia Z2 Tablet, although it has a back camera with way less megapixels and a lot worse video definition. The Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with just a bit bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
