Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is way better than Sony Tablet S, having a score of 69.8 against 57.5. The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is a noticeably newer tablet, and it is also a lot thinner and extremely lighter than Sony Tablet S. Both tablets in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has 4.4.4 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, so it provides a couple additional features and performance tweaks.
The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a much better performance than Sony Tablet S, because it has a graphics processor, a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a sharper screen than Sony Tablet S, because it has a higher count of pixels per screen inch, a much higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a little bigger screen.
Sony Tablet S counts with a better storage capacity for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because although it has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
