The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact body is incredibly thinner and notably lighter than the Microsoft Surface Go, although it was released many years before. The Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact counts with Android 4.4 OS, while Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS.

Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a lot better display than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a greater pixels amount in each screen inch.
