The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact comes with Android 4.4 operating system. Even though the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, we must highlight that it is also a way thicker and way heavier device.
