The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has a global score of 71.3, which is just a bit better than Nokia Lumia 2520's 68.6 global score. Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact comes with Android 4.4 OS, while Nokia Lumia 2520 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS. The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact design is newer, incredibly lighter and way thinner than Nokia Lumia 2520.
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has just a little better processing power than Nokia Lumia 2520, and although they both have a 450 MHz graphics processing unit and 4 cores, the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact also has 1 GB more RAM. Lumia 2520 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a little worse display density, it also counts with a larger screen.
The Lumia 2520 has a bit more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports up to 32 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Lumia 2520 has a really longer battery performance than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, because it has an 8000mAh battery capacity.
