Even though Galaxy Tab S 8.4 is better than Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, it must be noted that it is also a a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier tablet. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact has Android 4.4, so it offers some extra features.
