Comparison review
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is way better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), having a global score of 74.7 against 58.6. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has older 5.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet body is a little bit heavier but extremely thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a much sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a bigger display, a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a lot greater screen pixels density. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a better processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a greater number of 2000 MHz cores, 1 GB more RAM memory, a 64 bits processor and a graphics co-processor.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a really longer battery life than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Xperia Z4 Tablet captures much better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a much better resolution back facing camera and a way higher (Full HD) video resolution.
Although Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up a couple specs and features.
