The Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a way better screen than Lenovo Moto Tab, and although they both have a same size display, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a greater screen density and a higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Lenovo Moto Tab counts with a superior camera than Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a camera with a worse 8 mega pixels resolution and a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution. The Lenovo Moto Tab counts with as much storage capacity to install games and applications as the Xperia Z4 Tablet one, they have a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB and the same 32 GB internal memory capacity.
The Lenovo Moto Tab features improved battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has a 7000mAh battery size against 6000mAh.
Although Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Lenovo Moto Tab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Lenovo Moto Tab. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Lenovo Moto Tab, resigning a couple features and specifications.
