Xperia Z4 Tablet has an overall score of 74.7, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface Go's global score of 66.5. The Xperia Z4 Tablet design is way thinner and much lighter than Microsoft Surface Go. Xperia Z4 Tablet comes with Android 5.0 OS, while Microsoft Surface Go comes with Windows 10 OS.

The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a lot better looking display than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a little bit larger screen, a better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a greater count of pixels per inch of display. Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a superior processor than Microsoft Surface Go, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 6 more cores, a 64-bit processing unit and a GPU.

Xperia Z4 Tablet features just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a higher resolution back-facing camera. Microsoft Surface Go features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z4 Tablet, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory.

Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Go.
