Xperia Z4 Tablet is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT, with a overall score of 74.7 against 58.4. The Xperia Z4 Tablet comes with Android 5.0 OS, while Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS. The Xperia Z4 Tablet body is thinner and noticeably lighter than Microsoft Surface RT. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a much better looking display than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with way more pixels per inch of display and a much better 1600 x 2560px resolution.
The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet features a superior hardware performance than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a higher amount of RAM, a 64 bits processor, 4 more cores and a faster graphics processing unit. Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet shoots much better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.
