The Xperia Z4 Tablet has a general score of 74.7, which is much better than the Motorola Moto Tab G20's 66.3 general score. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia Z4 Tablet has older 5.0 version while Motorola Moto Tab G20 has Android 11 version. The Xperia Z4 Tablet body is a lot heavier but noticeably thinner than the Motorola Moto Tab G20.
The Xperia Z4 Tablet features a bit faster processor than Motorola Moto Tab G20, and although they both have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics processing unit. The Xperia Z4 Tablet features an incredibly better display than Moto Tab G20, because it has a much greater pixels number per display inch, a bigger screen and a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
The Moto Tab G20 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, although it has a worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a way less megapixels resolution camera. The Motorola Moto Tab G20 counts with a much greater storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z4 Tablet, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto Tab G20 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 2 TB.
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has just a bit better battery duration than Moto Tab G20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 5100mAh.
