Comparison review
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is better than the Galaxy Note 10.1, having a 74.7 score against 66.3. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS, but the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has 5.0 version while Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 version, providing you some nice extra features and optimized performance. The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet body is way lighter and incredibly thinner than the Galaxy Note 10.1.
Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has a way better screen than Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet also has a way higher pixel amount per inch in the display and a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. Galaxy Note 10.1 has more storage to install applications and games than Xperia Z4 Tablet, because although it has a SD extension slot that allows 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB more internal storage.
Xperia Z4 Tablet has a much greater processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has 1 GB more RAM, a 64-bit CPU, 4 more cpu cores and a GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has better battery life than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity. Xperia Z4 Tablet has a much better camera than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a lot higher resolution back camera.
Although Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
