Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, getting a 75.2 score against 74.7. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has Android 5.0, offering a couple additional features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 design has the same thickness than Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet, but it's just a bit heavier.
Xperia Z4 Tablet features a superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit, 4 more cpu cores and a GPU. Xperia Z4 Tablet counts with a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a bit higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a little bit better pixels density and a little larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 shoots way better photographs and videos than Xperia Z4 Tablet, because it has a much more mega pixels camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition. The Galaxy Tab S3 features just a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Xperia Z4 Tablet, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Galaxy Tab S3 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy Tab S3 has a battery duration that is just as good as Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet's battery life.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing here, Galaxy Tab S3 is also by far the cheapest one.
