The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an overall score of 65.1, which is much better than the Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch's score of 55.9. These devices come with Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a more recent 8.1 Pro version while Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch has Windows 8.1, providing a couple additional features. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a better tablet than Toshiba Encore 2 10.1-inch, we must note that it is also extremely thicker and notably heavier.
