Comparison review
Microsoft Surface RT is a lot better than the Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch, with a 58.4 score against 47.3. Both of these tablets have Windows OS, but Microsoft Surface RT has RT version while Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch has Windows 8.1. Microsoft Surface RT is a extremely heavier tablet than the Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch, but both are equally thin.
The Microsoft Surface RT features a much better performing CPU than Toshiba Encore 2 8-inch, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface RT also has a higher amount of RAM and an extra graphics processing unit.
