Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) is a little bit better than Toshiba Excite 10 SE, with a overall score of 47.9 against 44.3. These tablets come with Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) has a more recent 4.2.2 version and Toshiba Excite 10 SE has Android 4.1, so it gives a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
