BlackBerry 4G PlayBook has a score of 48.3, which is a little bit better than the Toshiba Excite 10 SE's 44.3 general score. The BlackBerry 4G PlayBook works with BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system, and Toshiba Excite 10 SE works with Android 4.1 operating system. The Toshiba Excite 10 SE counts with a bit more vivid display than BlackBerry 4G PlayBook, because although it has a quite lower screen pixels density, it also counts with a higher 800 x 1280 resolution and a really larger display.
