Comparison review
Asus Transformer Prime is just a bit better than the Toshiba Excite Write, getting a global score of 54.8 against 49.9. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Asus Transformer Prime has an older 4.0.3 version while Toshiba Excite Write has Android 4.2.1. Asus Transformer Prime is a a little bit thicker but somewhat lighter tablet than the Toshiba Excite Write.
Toshiba Excite Write has a brighter screen than Asus Transformer Prime, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Toshiba Excite Write also has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a way better pixel count per inch in the screen. The Asus Transformer Prime counts with a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Toshiba Excite Write, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Asus Transformer Prime also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB.
The Asus Transformer Prime has a much powerful CPU than Toshiba Excite Write, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus Transformer Prime and Toshiba Excite Write have really similar battery durations. Asus Transformer Prime shoots clearer photographs and videos than Toshiba Excite Write, although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photography and videos, they both have a back camera with an 8 mega pixels.
Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Asus Transformer Prime is also a bargain compared to others, making it an easy decision.
