The Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a general score of 55.4, which is just a bit better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8's 50.8 global score. These tablets come with Android operating system, but Acer Iconia Tab A510 has 4.0 version and Verizon Ellipsis 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 construction is much heavier and somewhat thicker than the Verizon Ellipsis 8.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 features just a bit better hardware performance than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both of them have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Quad-Core CPU.
