Comparison review
The Alcatel Pixi 8 has a global score of 48.9, which is a little bit better than the ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro's 44.5 score. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Alcatel Pixi 8 has a more recent 4.4 version while ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro has Android 2.2, counting with a couple additional features and performance enhancements. Alcatel Pixi 8's body is much lighter and noticeably thinner than the ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro.
ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro features a bit better CPU than Alcatel Pixi 8, and although they both have 1 cores, the ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro also has an extra GPU and a larger amount of RAM memory. Alcatel Pixi 8 counts with a sharper display than ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher display density and a higher resolution of 800 x 1280.
Alcatel Pixi 8 captures much better pictures and videos than ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro. The ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro has a much better memory for games and applications than Alcatel Pixi 8, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 32 GB, the ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro also has 16 GB internal memory.
ViewSonic ViewPad 10Pro features a much longer battery lifetime than Alcatel Pixi 8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Alcatel Pixi 8 not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
