Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a general score of 58, which is much better than the ViewSonic ViewPad 7's score of 40.5. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 is a way thinner and somewhat lighter tablet than the ViewSonic ViewPad 7. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a newer 4.2.2 version while ViewSonic ViewPad 7 has Android 2.2, giving you some nice extra features and performance improvements.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has a way better screen than ViewSonic ViewPad 7, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 also has a lot higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a much better pixel density.
